We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at info@semicure.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact us.
Please note that sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
